This is the very best I’ve ever used. It feels pleasant from the second you rub it in without feeling hot or cold. I use it on my knee that’s been giving me grief for sometime now, I put on very little and it lasts all day long. I can reapply at night before I go to bed but sometimes I don’t need to. I’m beginning to think it might have some long lasting healing properties. It’s very nice.
